- Controlling resident foreigners stayed Viet Nam and make Resident Situation report to
Headquarter and Tax Authority
- Responsible for PIT report monthly and tax declaration, tax finalization
- Ensure tax compliance, update tax regulation, provide guideline and recommendation for
tax saving, research tax risk and avoid tax risk in PIT
- Monitor tax code, dependant registration, and other tax process
- Play key role in tax audit
- Monitor daily attendance, timesheet check, leave validation
- Handle social insurance allowances, bonuses, benefits complaince with company polices
and legal regulations
- Follow up and manage agreement/contracts with employees such as probation contract,
labor contract, training contract, internship agreement, expert contract.
- Proceed resignation/termination process.
- Supporting training Human resource policy, and Other tasks assigned by manage
